What is the dress attire during the trip?
Welcome Reception:
  • Dress Code: Casual Elegance – Sneakers, tennis shoes or sandals. Dress shirts with short sleeves. Long Pants required for men. No sleeveless shirts or Flip-flops
Other Meetings:
  • Dress Code: Casual – Sneakers, tennis shoes or sandals. Dress shirts with short sleeves, polos, and t-shirts; dress and Bermudas shorts are permitted. No sleeveless shirts or Flip-flops
Awards Dinner:
  • Dress Code: Formal – long pants, collar shirts and dress shoes for men. Blouses, skirts, slacks or dresses; dress shoes for women.

Once you get your baggage and pass customs, be sure to exit the building and meet with your Winner’s Circle Event Representative who will be holding a sign that says: “Blufox Winner’s Circle”. Please note that they will have your name on a list, and they will guide you to your transfer vehicle.

Upon completing the registration form, your information will be forwarded to a travel agent, who will purchase your airline ticket and send it to you via email. If you are traveling with a guest, you or your guest will be responsible for purchasing the guest’s airline ticket. Please email the guest’s flight itinerary to Gustavo at Gustavo@blufoxwinnerscircle.com so airport transfers can be arranged in Punta Cana.

If you have qualified for the trip and have yet to receive your invitation to register for the trip, please be sure to contact the BluFox Planning Committee at gustavo@blufoxwinnerscircle.com.  We can also help if you are having any issues with registering.

4 days 3 nights, All Inclusive at Breathless Punta Cana Resort and Spa for you and a guest (must be 18yrs+, winner is responsible for guests airfare). All meals, beverages (including alcohol!) and transportation in Mexico is included. (Any additional expenses will be the responsibility of the winner and his or her guest, e.g. – spa, tours, etc.) In addition, one (1) checked bag will be included. If you have status with an airline you may be offered more bags to check at no cost. Some airlines like JetBlue will allow you to add a bag when your reservation is booked; however, other airlines, like American & Delta, may require you to add a bag at the airport or a few days before your flight. Please keep your receipt as you will need to submit for reimbursement. Also, please note that BluFox will not be providing transportation to and from your local US Airport. Transportation to and from the airport in Mexico will be provided by BlueFox.
Welcome Cocktail Hour/ Dinner, Team and Sponsor Meetings, Award Cocktail Hour/Dinner are mandatory to attend; otherwise, you can do as you wish with your time.
Yes there is WiFi at the resort; however, the speed may not be what you are used to in terms of download/upload speed.
